2025 ROOM RATES & GUEST POLICIES

$129 per night, plus tax. Full, cooked breakfast included.  Add $15 per person/per night for each additional room occupant, above two.  Ask about possible reduced rates for extended stays of six or more nights.

Guest Policies

• Check-In between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm
• Check-Out by 11:00 am.
  (Alternate check-in and check-out times may be arranged with prior notice.)
• Breakfast is served at 7:30am, weekdays during the school year, and by mutual agreement on weekends and all days during the summer months.
• We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards (VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX).
• We thank you for not smoking indoors at Liberty House!
• Children welcome - ages 5 and under stay for free in parents' room.
• Sorry, no pets.

Deposit & Cancellation

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of room deposit in the amount of $50 or full credit card details
• Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your stay will be charged the full deposit of $50
